One of the most gnarly cleavers to ever come out of the fire!!!!!! I give you the "Voodoo Cleaver!"  This one is big, badass, and just super unique... Let's get into it..... I hand forged this thing from a chunk of 80crv2 high carbon steel... I Gave it a very attentive in house heat treat resulting in a tight grained tougher than nails blade that will take and hold a super sharp edge.  You've likely seen the vids of what Pirate Forge blades can do... .We dont Fu$$ around... The Voodoo Cleaver features free hand flat ground bevels, fullers, super dark stonewashed finish, free handed firework from tip to A$$... You can see me on social media with my metabo side grinder fixed in the vise while I cut the awesome pattern in!  It features a big polished relief Pirate Forge skull and bones  Grail Mark with Pirate Forge branding on the opposite side and finished off with a razor sharp mirror polished edge.  The Handle is real upcycled Whiskey Barrel Oak wood.  Following the them.... I broke this old barrel down myself then stored it in my Barn of man eating rats.... I had to fend them off while snagging the piece of wood for this one!  The handle was fit up in the "Relic" recessed style as to show of the sexy forged perimeter and firework..   After shaping the old whiskey barrel wood was distressed and stained.  Once fully dry I then hand wrapped two sections of Stabilized hemp wrap.. These being stabilized and the way I fit them up... they will never move and will not be phased by weather/moisture.  I usually use wood dust as a binder when stabilizing the hemp but on this one I use real human bone dust I ground up myself.. I have a large collection of human bones... I mean what real pirate doesnt? But yes I used a carbide burr to grind out the inside bone of a femur and mixed that into the hemp wrap... The still visible white/grey specs all over and in the wrapping are the fine human bone fragments/pieces/dust. Treat this piece with respect just as I do unless you wanna be cursed for eternity. That wouldn't be good.. and dont blame me.. you got warned.  Moving on I had to up the ante on the sheath... So I went with real Gator skin! The sheath features heavy duty high quality leather, Real alligator skin, black stitching, hand forged copper rivets, leather snap strap with murder black snap, skull and bones engraving on leather top riser, hand made steel shackle strap mount on back, and a dark hand painted/stained antique finish.  This sheath will come with a removable snap strap for belt loop attachment. You can either specify in the checkout comments or I'll reach out to you.. but I will make the length of this snap strap the size you wish.  Everyone wears different sized belts and also prefer different degrees of tightness so I'll be making the snap strap after purchase. This won't affect shipping time.
