I give you the "McRee" Boning Knife!!!! Made from AEBL Stainless steel with our tight grained in house heat treat.  This blade will take and hold an extremely sharp edge.  It also has impression corrosion resistance (also due to our heat treat quality/technique). The blade features free hand ground flat grinds, ornate spine filework, distal taper, dark stonewashed finish, and a razor sharp edge. .  This is a nice stiff blade great for boning, breaking down meat, or even daily use in the kitchen for cutting/slicing veggies!  It a highly versatile blade.  The handle features some highly figured Stabilized Cottonwood with hollow copper pins.  This  blade comes with custom in house made black leather Belt loop sheath (right handed).  Sheath shown in listing.
