This is an Adventure ready Outdoors, Survival, Wild Man Kinda blade! yeeeeeowwww!!! Ready for anything and everything. Hand forged from 80crv2 High Carbon Steel. After Forging the blade, It received a lengthy, detailed heat treat here in the shop. The results of this top tier fine grained heat treat is a blade that is strong and sharp that holds an edge for a long time. It features a thick 3/16" spine with a nice distal taper, flat ground primary bevels, forge texture left on the flats, deep engraved skull and bones Grail Mark, "Pirate Forge" engraving on spine, hammer forged/drifted tail loop, razor sharp polished edge, and a crazy graveyard patina from being buried underground for 5 months in a shallow grave. Hell yeah that's correct. After forging, heat treat, and other finish work I then buried the blade in my Blade Cemetery. It sat there underground for 5 months before I dug it back up. This not only results in an epic tale, It creates an amazing finish/patina. It's time underground Might even do a little more but I'll leave that up to the buyer to decide...............All I know is that is made my sharpener squeal when I put an edge on it... Anyways after I cleaned the blade off it was then handled with real up cycled Whiskey Barrel Oak Wood. The handle is fitted up in our "Relic" recessed fitment then pinned in place with Gflex marine grade epoxy and hollow copper pins. This epic blade comes with custom Tang Dangler brand danger and Leather Sheath shown in listing. Sheath is Right Handed Belt Loop carry and features heavy veg tanned leather, black stitching, hand forged copper rivets , skull Indian engraving on front/Pirate Forge on back, and a one of a kind hand painted/stained finish.
