This is one of my High polished original style forged copper coins I took and had some fun with.  It layed out in the weather on a bed of old nuts and bolts mixed with a few household ingredients including sea salt for 2 weeks... Over that time it developed some very interesting color and pattern. The copper turned clay colored and features greenish black spots and discoloration all over  after washing and drying I then applied 3 layers of clear coat to the coin. This is a cool little addition to the pirate forge coin collection and there will never be another one just like it.
