I give you the Sandbar Bowie!!! This is one of my EDC bowies... Its big enough to do work but small enough to every day carry. This beauty was handmade from 80crv2 High Carbon Steel with a tight grained in house Pirate Forge heat treat! It features big hollow ground primary bevels, clip point with false edge, fullers, "Grail Mark",  heavy stonewash finish, and a mirror polished razor sharp edge.  I hand forged the guard from a piece of old buoy steel and forge fit it straight to the blade.  The guard itself is a work of art.  Looking closely you can see the hammer forged finish on the face with many bevels and angles happening... This thing has S.T.Y.L.E........  The handle is a hidden tang with copper through pin fit up.  The handle is stablized Tazmanian Blackwood.  It features a weathered finish along with engravings, carvings, and pyrography! The prozimal end of the handle has been wrapped with proximal end of the handle was wrapped with dyed hemp then stablized in place.  The distal handle/bolster features a copper/leather stack ( a copper spacer placed between two leather spacers). Once the handle cured I then hammer forged the copper retention pin.  This thing is just badass. Definitly old school Pirate Forge Style!  This piece comes with a custom snakeskin sheath(shown in pictures).  The sheath features heavy veg tanned leather, black stitching, rattle snake skin inlay, ornate hand tooling, hammer forged copper rivets, Right handed leather belt loop strap,  leather retention snap straps, Pirate Forge branding engraved on back. and a hand painted/stained antique finish.
