N"KT" Chef Knife. A  western style inspired chef knife from Pirate Forge. Handmade from AEBL Stainless steel with a highly specialized heat treat only found here at Pirate Forge means this piece will take and hold a razor sharp edge.  This particular one is a Rustic Model...It features full flat primary bevels, rock textured spine, laser engraved skull and bones touch mark, stonewashed finish, and a razor sharp polished edge. .  AEBL  stainless is resistance to rust and has excellent toughness making it one of the best choices for a chef knife.  The handle is made form extremely durable Lager  G10.  The handle features hand texturing and black g10 pins.  It is a low maintenance option that looks great.  The Lager color even has a slight translucent look to it as well.  The spine side of the handle has also been slight recessed to show off the spine texture.  Truly a one of a kind amazing piece! This Culinary blade comes with a custom made leather sheath that is also top tier.  Sheath is also made here in house at the Pirate Forge.  Sheath features heavy veg tanned leather, ornate hand tooling, black stitching, hammered copper rivets, matte black button retention snap strap, hand painted and stained antiqued finish.
