Handmade from Vegas Forge "Dot Matrix" Stainless Damascus.  It is made using AEBL Stainless  sheets layered with 304 Stainless Mesh.  I ground this blade into the shape of the KT chef.  The blade then received the an in house top notch heat treat.  It takes and holds a very sharp edge.  The blade features free handed primary flat ground bevels and a nice distal taper.  This not only an heirloom artpiece, it is a well balanced daily user.  The blade features a full through engaved Pirate Forge gothic cross emblem as well engraved Pirate Forge branding on the bolser.  The handle features my "Relic" recessed fit up.  The damascus pattern is visible throughout the entire border of the tang!  The handle is Stablized Burch Burl  with hollow Stainless pins.   This Culinary blade comes the custom made leather sheath shown in pictures. Sheath is also made here in house at the Pirate Forge. Sheath features heavy veg tanned leather, ornate hand tooling, black stitching, hammered copper rivets, copper button retention snap straps, hand painted and stained antiqued finish, and laser engraved skull and swords compass on front/ Pirate Forge branding on back.
