I give you the Katana "INFERNUM." An absolute beast of a Katana straight out of the depths of Hell.  Hand Forged from 80crv2 steel and given That epic Pirate Forge Heat treat.  The sword then spent nearly a year in and under the dirt giving it some out of this world texture.  The blade features free handed Hollow Ground Primary Bevels, free hand hollow ground top distal swedge, fullers, ornate filework, Ridge Back spine, Dark Swampwashed blade with polished outer bevels, Deep skull and bones "Grail Mark", Pirate Forge Branding, and the buried texture on the flats/spine.  I forged the Habaki and Tsuba from 100 plus year old antique wrought Iron Ship Anchor chain.  Both pieces have been heavily acid etced to reveal the pattern/layering of the wrought iron. Both were hot forged fit up making for a fantasic fit up that is just as functional as it is beautiful.  The Tsuba features full length file work around the outside border as well as the "MORTAL KOMBAT" Dragon Sigil engraving ( an ode to my inspiration of Scorpions Katana) .   The handle is upcycled Oak wood that has been weathered and stained a dark yellow.  It has been fixed to the tang with hollow copper forged/flared pins as well as marine grad epoxy.  Handmade Manuki that I made using real Human Bone and forged copper.  Black stabilized Tsukamaki.  This non tradtional Katana is a highly functional powerhouse edged tool.  Its not just a decoration.  It comes with custom made Saya shown in listing.  Saya was handmade from same wood as handle.  I weathered and distressed the oak wood and stained it a dark yellow just like the handle wood of the katana.  The Saya features stablized black wrap and stablized black twine.  This is one epic sword.
