An Ode to the vintage handmade culinary blades, I give you the Pirate Forge "Heritage" Chef Knife.  Handmade from AEBL Stainless steel with our phenominal in house heat treat.  This blade will take and hold an extremely sharp edge.  Our heat treat also gives this steel impressive corrosion resistance.      The blade features flat ground primary bevels, a nice distal taper, engraved skull and bones Grail Mark with "Pirate Forge" underneath,  Dark Stonewashed finish, satin finished perimeters, and a mirror polished/razor sharp edge.  The Handle is 16 piece custom made combo scales. Stabilized Spalted Pecan bolsters, Black/white G10 spacers, Emerald Truestone, Stabilized Curly Black Maple, and black G10 liners. Fixed in place with marine grade epoxy and hollow copper pins.  This piece is a fantastic workhorse style Chef Knife!
