An Ode to the vintage handmade culinary blades, I give you the Pirate Forge "Heritage" Chef Knife.  Handmade from AEBL Stainless steel with our phenominal in house heat treat.  This blade will take and hold an extremely sharp edge.  Our heat treat also gives this steel impressive corrosion resistance.      The blade features flat ground primary bevels, a nice distal taper, engraved skull and bones touchmark,  Dark Stonewashed finish/perimeters, and a mirror polished/razor sharp edge.  The Handle is stabilized Birch wood with solid brass pins.  This piece is a fantastic workhorse style Chef Knife!
