HandForged from 80crv2 steel.  I give you the panfish fillet knife!!! Whether your filleting some big bluegill or crappie or just want a small blade to use around the kitchen this is a must have unique little piece!  The in house heat treat on this blade means it will take and hold a sharp edge. The blade had flat ground primary bevels with a distal taper giving it a nice moderate flex. The blade has a deeply engraved "Grail" mark on one side then "Pirate Forge" engraved on the other. The hammer forged texture is still visible on the flats in the ricasso area of the blade.  The handle is reclaimed/distressed Oak wood with hollow copper pins.   This blade comes with a custom leather carry pouch sheath.  Sheath features heavy veg tanned leather, black stitching, button snap, panfish engraving/Pirate Forge engraving, and a unique hand painted/stained finish.
