This is an versatile 8" chef knife.  With the top notch in house heat treat this baby takes and holds a screaming sharp edge.  The greatest thing is that is wont rust!! The blade features really nice flat ground bevels from spine to edge with a clean satin finish.  I laser engraved my skull and bones touchmark on the right side then "Pirate Forge" on the opposite side.. The Octagonal Shaped handle features an African Blackwood bolster with gorgeous Stabilzed Curly Redwood.  This Culinary Piece is not only beautiful to look at,  its a beauty to use!!
