A little Sunday afternoon project turned into an awesome piece!  Ive seen these before and always wanted to try making one.. I finally got around to doing it.  I made this totally from scratch using veg tanned leather.  I got the shape penciled out and cut then placed through holes and stained as well as attaching a skull and bones punched leather touchmark piece.  I then hand stitched the piece together using a mocha colored waxed tread. After seating and forming the sheath I then engraved Pirate Forge on the side.  This a beautiful little handmade piece that has that unmistakable Pirate Forge Style all over it.... Sheath fits standard Bic Lighters.  If Lighter has plastic sleeve it must be removed for proper fit.  Again once your bic is empty just replace it with a new lighter. I grab the current lighter with a pair of needle nose pliers to remove from sheath. New light can be easily inserted by hand.
