Hand Forged 80crv2 Carbon Steel, forged fullers with 9 machined fuller holes, convex primary grinds with mirror polish finish. Handle is weathered, Teak Wood with a combination of regular and oversized hollow copper pins that have been hammer peened. This is a legendary blade with not only looks but performance. This is the sword that can be seen taking a large wild hog clean in two with one swing or even chopping an oak tree in half. A true testament to the heat treat, construction, edge geomety, and sharpness. This is not the standard that even high end swords of today carry. This is a Pirate Forge Sword. This is your chance to own it! This sword comes with a custom scabbard also made by me. Three piece poplar wood construction with hemp wrap, leather, hand carvings, gator skin, and hand forged strap rings. The ring placement is balanced for side carry, but the dual rings provide different carry options.
